Terms for using SocialFinder

SocialFinder is a public directory of user-submitted profiles, social handles, interests, and discovery signals. The service helps people publish public identities and get discovered by platform, interest, and intent.

SocialFinder is not a messaging app, not a dating app, and not an adult content platform. We do not control the conduct of people on third-party services linked from profiles.

• You must be legally allowed to use the service where you live.
• You may only submit handles, links, and profile details that you own or are authorized to publish.
• You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and your profile information accurate.

Profiles on SocialFinder are public by default unless we clearly say otherwise in-product. Public profile content may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by search engines.

If you do not want information to be public, do not publish it on your profile.

• Provide accurate, non-deceptive profile information.
• Comply with applicable laws and respect other people's rights.
• Do not impersonate others, misrepresent affiliation, or make fake claims of verification.
• Do not use the service for spam, scraping abuse, fraud, harassment, or illegal activity.

You may not post or link content that violates our safety rules. This includes explicit sexual content, content involving minors, harassment, impersonation, spam, scams, or material intended to facilitate illegal activity.

Profiles may link to third-party services such as Telegram, Snapchat, Discord, Signal, Instagram, or creator platforms. Those services are operated independently from SocialFinder.

• We do not control third-party platforms or their policies.
• We are not responsible for messages, transactions, or behavior that happen off SocialFinder.
• Using external links is at your own risk.

We may review, limit, hide, remove, or refuse profiles and content at our discretion to protect the platform, our users, and the product's intended use.

• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create safety risk.
• We may preserve records related to abuse prevention, legal compliance, and dispute handling.
• We may change visibility, ranking, or access to profiles without notice when needed for moderation or platform integrity.

If we offer paid subscriptions, featured placement, boosts, or other premium tools, we will describe the pricing and purchase terms at the point of sale.

Unless we say otherwise in writing, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

SocialFinder is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, perfect accuracy, or outcomes from discovery or profile visibility.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SocialFinder is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for harm caused by third-party platforms or user interactions outside our control.

We may update these terms as the product evolves. Material changes may be reflected by updating the effective date on this page.
